Las Isabellas is grown on the lush, Rainforest Alliance certified slopes of Cerron Grande in the Apaneca region of El Salvador. Managed by Jose Roberto Santamaria and part of the Blue Harvest project, this farm is home to natural forests, springs, and waterfalls—creating an ideal environment for exceptional coffee.
A blend of Pacamara and Bourbon varieties, this coffee is cultivated at altitudes of 1,200–1,450 meters and fully washed for a clean, expressive cup.
