Rwanda Inzovu – Single Origin

Sourced from the highlands of Rwanda, Inzovu is crafted from Bourbon and Typica varieties grown at altitudes between 1,400 and 1,900 meters. This fully washed coffee represents the work of over 35,000 small-scale farmers, with cherries processed at 40 different washing stations before being hulled, graded, and hand-sorted at the Rwanda Trading Company in Kigali.
